We want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience with our Kavaai app. Our Return Policy is designed to assist you in case you need to return a product. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase:

Eligibility for Returns:
(a). Products eligible for return will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Some items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or items with hygiene concerns, may not be eligible for return. (b). To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Return Window:
(a). You can initiate a return within the specified return window mentioned on the product page. This window may vary based on the product category and seller policies. (b). Please note that the return window starts from the date of delivery as per the tracking information.

Return Process:
(a). To initiate a return, log in to our app and go to the "Orders" section. Select the specific order and follow the prompts to initiate the return request. (b). Provide a clear reason for the return and any relevant details. You may be asked to upload supporting images in case of damaged or defective products (c). Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it, and you will receive updates regarding the return status through the app and email.

Return Conditions:
(a). The product must be in a resalable condition, with no signs of wear, tear, damage, or alteration.  (b). All original packaging, accessories, and accompanying documentation, including invoices or receipts, must be included in the return package. (c). Please ensure that the return package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping:
(a). In most cases, we offer a free return shipping service. You may be provided with a prepaid shipping label or a pickup arrangement, depending on the nature of the return and your location. (b). Follow the instructions provided to arrange the return shipment. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend using a reliable and trackable service.

Refund Process:

(a). Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status and eligibility for a refund. (b). If approved, the refund will be processed within the specified timeframe, typically through the original payment method used during the purchase. (c). Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions, such as return shipping charges or restocking fees, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:
Return Request accept within 2 days only from date of dhelivery, 7 days return pikup,  Special price products are non-Returnable, Unless there is damage, Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized or customized products, or items with hygiene concerns, may not be eligible for return. Such items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
